It's our aim to find Tenants who will make your house a home.We use the Referencing Agency. The applicant(s) will be asked to provide personal information including their address history for the last 3 years, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account details, employment details and details of their current tenancy (if applicable). Agency will then conduct checks to verify the information provided and be able to establish whether or not they meet all the criteria necessary to be able to take a tenancy on the property they have applied for.
